Biden Fired for Agreeing to Climate Reparations: Is That an 'Onion' Headline?

President Biden faced a swift backlash after promising to do so $1 billion for “climate repairs” for poor countries that have suffered damage from the use of fossil fuels.

However, China was considered a “developing country” and does not have to contribute any funds, despite being the world’s biggest polluter and having one of the largest economies. “Outperformed” co-host Emily Compagno called the decision “complete nonsense” and questioned whether it was a satirical story from “The Onion”.

“What is that part of common sense?” she asked the panel.

co-host Kayleigh McEnany argued that this is the antithesis of an America-first agenda.

“That’s what President Biden wants,” she said.

“China has two-thirds more emissions than the United States and Europe. So they keep issuing, don’t pay money and we pay the bill‘ she explained. “Welcome to Biden’s America.”

FOX Business’ Jackie DeAngelis pointed to the financial strain Americans are already feeling under Biden’s climate initiatives.

“Now we want to take this fight abroad, and we also want to solve other people’s problems. The country is bleeding money and just can’t handle it,” she warned.

She called for countries like China to be held accountable, but noted this Biden has not pressured President Xi Jinping on all serious issues.

Michele Tafoya, a former NFL sideline reporter, exclaimed the hypocrisy the concern of world leaders for the climate, after they all flew in private jets to the meeting.

“It has to be one of the greatest virtue signals I’ve ever seen,” she said. “They tell us to eat plants and bugs and stuff, but they all eat beef and sea bass that’s grown.”

She added that China’s failure to contribute is “embarrassing.”

Compagno pointed out the irony that America is paying billions to a global fund.

“All of our debt is initially tied to China,” she said. “So if we pile up like global debt … that’s still tied to China, which is essentially our largest bank, and we’re paying them trillions of dollars in interest.”

“I’m sure they all laugh at us every day.”
